  • You are at least 18 years of age;

  • You are purchasing goods and/or services for personal or business use;

  • You understand that certain items may be made-to-order and not eligible for cancellation once processed.


3. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we:

  • Confirm the order in writing; or

  • Begin processing custom or made-to-order items; or

  • Dispatch the goods; or

  • Confirm a date for installation or delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


4. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product images, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However:

  • Colour and texture may vary between screen displays and actual products;

  • Natural variation in flooring products is normal;

  • Samples are representative only.

We recommend requesting physical samples before ordering, where available.


5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated;

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and product type;

  • We accept secure online payment by credit/debit card and other available methods;

  • Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.


6. Availability & Lead Times

All orders are subject to availability. Stock levels shown online may not reflect real-time updates.
Lead times will be confirmed via email after your order is placed.

Made-to-order and special-order items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated clearly if there will be delays.


7. Delivery & Site Access

  • Deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise arranged;

  • You must ensure access for large delivery vehicles and safe unloading;

  • Missed or refused deliveries may incur redelivery charges;

  • For installations, the site must be clear, dry, and accessible as agreed prior.


8. Collections from Bar Hill

Where collection from Bar Hill is specified, please note:

  • Stock items and selected supplier ranges are usually ready for collection within 1–3 working days.

  • Certain ranges are ordered directly from suppliers and may be made to order. In such cases, collection will typically be available within 7–12 working days.

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted on the basis of lead times or delivery/collection timescales.


9. Installation Services

If you book installation through us:

  • We will agree dates in advance;

  • You must ensure all areas are accessible and ready, unless otherwise agreed;

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen subfloor preparation or changes in scope;

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice.


10. Cancellation & Returns Policy

10.1 Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications (e.g. cut-to-length flooring);

  • Products ordered in certain colours, finishes, or sizes – Some ranges are made to order / Please enquire for details on these.

  • Goods that have been used or installed;

  • Services that have already been fully performed.

To cancel, please email us within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within 14 days of your notice.

10.2 Returns

  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging;

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty;

  • A restocking fee may apply for commercial or bulk orders;

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


11. Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit

  • Please inspect goods on delivery;

  • Report damages or shortages within 48 hours;

  • If goods are faulty, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund;

  • For items damaged in transit, we may require photo evidence or inspection.


12. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from installation not carried out by us;

  • Indirect, special, or consequential loss;

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or supplier issues.

Our liability for faulty goods is limited to the cost of replacement or repair.


13. Product Suitability

It is your responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are suitable for your intended use.
We offer advice but do not accept liability for incorrect selection unless installation is carried out by us.
