F Ball Stopgap 1200 Pro is a high-performance, moisture-tolerant grey smoothing compound designed for use over a wide range of subfloors. It can be applied at thicknesses from 2–10mm, making it ideal for levelling surfaces with adhesive residues, carpet tile tackifiers, and use over waterproof surface membranes.

With a working time of 15–20 minutes and set time of just 1 hour, it’s perfect for fast-paced flooring projects. Suitable for use beneath STOPGAP waterproof membranes, this versatile compound delivers smooth, durable results. Coverage: approx. 5m² per 20kg unit. Product code: BAL1200-20.
