If you have a County Court Judgment or also know as a “CCJ” over £600 (including court costs), or a High Court Judgment or Order up to 6 years old then we can help you.

With a court fee of £60, working with our carefully selected enforcement officers, we can ‘transfer-up’ your unregulated judgment to the High Court for Enforcement free of charge. Our team of experienced High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO) offer the best national coverage ensuring we deliver results throughout England and Wales.

Once your judgment has been transferred by the High Court and we have a sealed writ, our next point of action is a visit by our High Court Enforcement Officers at the debtor’s premises to discuss payment, failing payment, enforcement officers have the right to seize goods if required. These can be removed and sold if the debtor fails to pay the sums due. The powers of an enforcement officer include the ability to enter residential premises through an unlocked door or open window and even force entry to some premises (shops, warehouses, detached garages and barns where no residential premises is attached) for the purposes of this seizure. The enforcement officers will aim to attend an address within 72 hours from receipt of a writ and make a minimum of three visit plus one out of hours visit.

Our enforcement officers attend to collect the judgment amount, your court costs, your ‘transfer-up’ fee (execution costs), interest at 8% and our fees, costs and charges all of which are payable by the debtor. Our in-house system allows us to keep you updated at every stage of the enforcement process ensuring accurate communication at all times.

What are the costs?

• Our transfer up service is free of charge, all we require is the court fee of £60.00 (payable to HMCTS)
• Under normal circumstances all of our fees are recovered from the Defendant
• On successful execution we will recover the full amount of the judgment debt, interest at 8% per annum, plus £111.75 towards the costs you have incurred in issuing the writ
• Our charges for unsuccessful enforcement is a standard administration fee of £60.00 + VAT
